5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share data only with the following service providers, each bound by appropriate data processing terms:
- Netlify, Inc. — Website hosting (EU region). Used solely to serve the website and generate server logs. See netlify.com/privacy.
- Make (formerly Integromat) — Workflow automation. Contact form submissions are processed via Make's EU datacenter (eu2.make.com) to route enquiries internally and send acknowledgement emails. See make.com/privacy.
- Google LLC (Google Calendar) — Used to schedule consultation calls. Booking data is processed under Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. See policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. International Data Transfers
We are based in Singapore, and some of our processors (Netlify EU region, Make EU datacenter) store data in the European Union. Where data is transferred internationally — for example, to Google for calendar scheduling — we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as recognised under the PDPA and GDPR.
7. Data Storage & Security
Your data is hosted on EU-based servers (Netlify, Make EU). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular review of our processors — to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Contact form submissions: retained for the duration of the enquiry and up to 12 months thereafter, then deleted.
- Server logs (Netlify): automatically purged after 30 days.
- Browser storage (consent, language): stored locally in your browser until you clear site data or the 12-month expiry.
9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR and PDPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction / rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (GDPR)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC); in the EU, your national data protection authority
